Mission: Multilingual event hostesses and one booth manager for three-day event in order to facilitate personal contacts between international experts in the main fields of both the current and the future of transplantation
Client: multinational pharmaceutical company
Required staff: booth manager; 10 event welcome hostesses
Event hostess Profile: the hostesses should be dressed in white shirts; smiling and available
Intellectual profile of the hostess: Bilingual English and French hostesses; University degree; interests in medical field
Duties: to promote the exchange of knowledge between audience and professionals ; to welcome the guests for the scientific forums, symposiums and seminaries; to serve the coffee, tea etc.; Respect the relevant briefing.
